About Us

Apurv Relan & Co.- A Chartered Accountancy Firm, was formed in October 1986 to service the niche between Large National and International Audit firms and the smaller local ones. Our mission is to provide exemplary professional services to our clients.

Together with its’ associates, Apurv Relan & Co. provides a complete spectrum of services including accounting, auditing including internal, statutory, tax audits, cost and management audits, investigations, project management, project audits, clients representation, consultancy and advice on income tax, sales tax, Company law and such other related business laws. We also assist clients to set up and establish offices in India, including securing necessary permissions, clearances and registrations under various laws of the country.

Established in October 1986 as a sole proprietary concern, Apurv Relan & Co., became a partnership firm in February 1990. With a staff strength of 16 people, Apurv Relan & Co., and associates are large enough to meet the small, medium and large clients’ needs effectively but yet small enough to provide efficient and personalised services.

To service our clients better, especially at the international level, we are associated with foreign-based professional firms.
